Four-axle tank wagon type Zans with the volumetric capacity of 93 m3 is designed to carry light liquids of class 3, respectively 5.1 and 8., 9 by RID. The chosen type of construction corresponds to the present requirements of the transporters (i.e. to carry the maximally possible quantity of liquid in one wagon)
The wagon is fi tted with standard bogies type Y 25 Lsd1. The supporting part is formed from welded construction with seat, to which is the pressure tank fi xed with bolts. The tank has a volume of 93 m3 and is inclined to the tank centre under angle of 1°. It is reinforced again the outside overpressure with six belts. The tank is equipped with the closed gas circulation system with DN 80 incl. underpressure fuse and with typifi ed dome DN 500 with four-tommy-screw cover. The outlet consist of internal bottom valve EV 30 and side ball valves DN 100.
The wagon conforms to the regulations RID, UIC and RIV.
