The Lostr a.s Company

With its ca 700 employees, the LOSTR a.s. Company is the biggest employer in this region. We try to have open relationship with all our employees we make an effort to maintain partnership relations with all our customers, suppliers and with the state administration as well. We are not indifferent to our impact on the environment, either. The Quality policy and the Environmentsl policy are the cornerstones of our business (cf. Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of our Company consists of D. I. Radek Rybáček, the Chairman of the Board of Directors and D. I. Milan Havlín, the Board member.

Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board of our Company consists of Mr. Pavel Štiller, Mr. Miroslav Lenkvik and D. I. Karel Říha.

Trade Union Organization

Majority of the LOSTR a.s. employees who are organized in the Trade Union (60%) are the members of the Railwaymen Trade Union Association, the so-called non-railway section.

Subsidiaries

MTI - Louny s.r.o.

In the CR and Slovak republic, the MTI - Louny s.r.o. Company is the exclusive distributor of Diesel motors, manufactured in the FRG, by the MTU Friedrichshafen firm. Besides the motors and spare parts sale, it provides also the guarantee and post-guarantee service. Majority of the existing applications concerns locomotives, motor cars, feeding generators and ships. Contact: mti@lostr.cz

SED - servis s.r.o.

SED - servis s.r.o. is a firm that provides inspection tests of pressure vessels on railway cars, either in compliance with legislation applied in the CR or according to the RID international regulations.
